To officially secure your date on my calendar, we just need to look after two simple steps: a signed copy of our base agreement and the completion of an initial 30% deposit. Once they are settled, your date is completely locked down, and we can begin walking your planning path together.

I believe in keeping your spending roadmap as clear and stress-free as possible. Once we chat and find your perfect path, your payment journey is broken down into a gentle, structured layout:

• To lock in your date: A 30% initial deposit payment alongside your signed base agreement.

• The middle milestones: For my larger styling partnerships, we can easily space out your progress payments across your timeline to keep you feeling safe and grounded.

• The final settlement: To ensure your wedding week is entirely calm, styling partnerships (The Fern, Sandstone, and Lavender Packages) settle their final balances 30 days prior to your celebration date. For hands-on morning coordination (The Morning Handover), the final balance settles 7 days prior to your day.

I accept direct bank transfers for all transactions to keep your receipts organised and transparent. While final balances are fixed to protect my sole-trader workflow, I am always happy to discuss custom progress timelines during our initial consultation to ensure the roadmap feels completely comfortable for you.
